Courtroom Testimony-Moot Courts for Ten Print Examiners seeking I.A.I. Certification
We know what it’s like to seek International Association for Identification (I.A.I.) Certification no matter which certification you go after. We also understand how difficult it is to complete a moot court. So, we here at Forensic ITC Services are providing you with the following “moot” court script to assist you in answering those difficult questions. What we highly suggest to you is this, learn to formulate your own personal responses. Read over the script and learn to answer these questions in your own words. Once you feel prepared to handle this have someone video tape you by asking you these same questions as if you were on the witness stand. You should be able to use that video tape for your “moot” court for I.A.I. Ten-Print Certification. Good Luck!!
Here is what we recommend you do in order to follow the script and perform “our” moot court practical.
First, you will need two separate fingerprint cards from the same person. Mark these cards as Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2. Make sure the cards contain different names. Now during your testimony when you are handed Exhibit 1 from the prosecutor and asked if you recognize it you can state yes.
We highly recommend that you take a courtroom testimony class before you attempt your moot court, unless you have already done so. We recommend, Courtroom Testimony Techniques, “Success Instead of Stomach Pains”.
