How To Host A Course

Contracting & Hosting a Training Class

All training courses are available through Forensic ITC Services as “open enrollment (hosting)” classes, or “contracting” classes for the exclusive attendance of agency’s employees. When an agency chooses to “host” one of our training courses, they benefit by receiving a tuition free placement seat within the selected training class, and may receive a second seat based on the number of paid registered students. This greatly reduces costs associated with travel and lodging of individuals. For example: The “hosting” agency receives 1 complimentary seat just for hosting the training class.  There are also additional situations where the hosting agency can receive additional complimentary seats. A “hosted” course is held when there are a sufficient number of “guaranteed” students in the course (the minimum number of students required is 13). This is to ensure all expenses will be covered. If enrollment is less than required, then the course may be canceled. The second way to hold an open enrollment class is Forensic ITC Services will work directly with a hotel in your area to bring the training course to you. We will do all the work with the hotel. “Contracting” permits an individual agency or organization to tailor the training class to meet their specific needs for the employees or members, and to have it presented at their location. Contracting saves the agency travel and per diem costs and is a very economical way to provide training to the largest number of people in the agency or organization/association. If you are interested in training classes, just let us know. We will do everything possible to bring it to or near your location. As the owner, I will be happy to send you a written proposal explaining the entire working of the training course. I will work directly with you in providing the necessary information you will need to get started with your selected training course with such documents like; instructor’s bio, outlines and course objectives.  If you are interested in setting up a class for your group or agency, please contact us at dwane@forensicitc.com This email address is being protected from spam-bots.
